# SmartStore: Technical Documentation

SmartStore is an Azure-hosted, AI-powered retail operations application. It pairs a conversational web experience with a multi-agent orchestration layer (built on LangGraph and Azure OpenAI) to answer natural-language questions across inventory, staffing, supply chain, KPI analysis, and product information.

This technical documentation is your guide to deploying and running SmartStore. The content is aligned to the application's Azure architecture, deployment flow, and API surface.
